Immediately after my return from Germany, I really wanted to share with as many people as possible, about the extraordinary experience during my internship program. Next years I encouraged numerous people to apply for this program, offering useful advices. Following these discussions I realized that I wanted to help with all my knowledge and skills to develop and promote this program in Moldova, also to keep in touch with graduates of this program. The Association INVENT Moldova made this possible, its mission is to maintain the relationship between the graduates and the enhancement of economic and intercultural relations with Germany. I’m receptive to all invitations coming from them and have attended with great pleasure to all follow-up events, roundtables, as well local or regional meetings. In October 2010, I was invited as a speaker at the regional forum in Kiev, in the workshop: Tourism & Hospitality. It was a successful event, where I was able to establish contacts with many people interested in our services.
These meetings are very useful for GIZ graduates, because those provide the possibility to communicate, to share new ideas, to learn about success stories, to identify new opportunities for local and regional partnerships. The number of graduates is increasing and the need to organize networking events is inevitable! I accepted with great pleasure the invitation of Mr. Mihai Bostan to be part of the working group in charge for the organization of the IV-th inter-regional forum Moldova-Belarus-Ukraine. Having a vast experience in organizing events and tourism programs, I took over all tasks related to cultural and tourist program organization. The program of the forum presents a promising event, with many actual subjects, interesting speakers and of course unique cultural activities.
I invite all GIZ alumni to participate at this event and to register online! There is less time left until October, so I wish good luck everyone involved in the organization of this great event!
